Omni-Comm Customer Call Center
Omni-Comm Service is composed of the following entities:
- Omni-Comm Contract Centre receives the Customer log complain, qualifies the issue, perform remote diagnosis and, if it’s possible, closes the issue.
- Support Structure
Made up of a Group of Experts who manages the escalation of complex issues.
- Field Support plans and performs on site interventions using a Remote Maintenance Network.
- Calling Tracking System
All functions of Support Services are linked to an Integrated Database, which assures full visibility of all Customer Issues.
Omni-Comm Hot-Lines are available 24 hours / 7 Days and all calls are either received directly by a Service Engineer who in on stand-by or our Call Centre who will immediately alert an Engineer. Problems that require escalation to Alcatel-Lucent will be submitted to the Alcatel-Lucent Support Centre.
Alcatel-Lucent Support Centre
Alcatel-Lucent Support Centre Provides :
- Reception and recording of all authorized service calls from Business Partners related to support requests and assigns a priority to each issue.
- Remote Diagnosis of issues.
- Remote Solutions when possible.
- Request for an on-site intervention when a remote resolution is not possible.
Alcatel-Lucent’s Terminal Support Facilities
Support for handsets, certain Computer Peripherals and Office Automation Equipment is provided on a replacement basis. Delivery and exchange of the required component is performed by a Specialized Logistics Organization, which receives exchange requests directly and reports back after the Swap Operation.
